IOSH TRAIN THE TRAINER
The Train the Trainer course is designed for those who are responsible for giving classroom-based lessons and presentations. This course assists workers in developing the necessary knowledge and abilities for generating and delivering successful training.
Candidates who successfully complete the course, Can organise, perform, and execute presentations and lessons successfully.
Will gain knowledge and skills in numerous communication approaches needed for effective communication.
Structure Of The Course:
The Train The Trainer course equips applicants with the information and skills they need to become more informed and productive workplace trainers. This also provides an explanation of adult learning standards, improving effective communication skills, and detailing numerous methods in which learners process, integrate, and execute knowledge.
The course includes,
TRM Human Factors: adult learning theories, the importance of group dynamics, and the function of communication skills
Practical training entails creating and delivering lessons.
Techniques used in the classroom include training structure, syllabus utilisation, training event planning, and identifying learning objectives.
Training in presenting technique: the presentation concept, tools, and frameworks for preparing and creating presentations.
The course is organised into five modules,
Unit 1 - An Introduction to the Training Profession
Unit 2 - An Overview of Teaching Strategy and Methodology
Unit 3 — Memory-based learning strategy
Unit 4 - The Basics of Effective Training Delivery
Unit 5 – Managing Feedback and Evaluations
Course Objectives and Learning Outcomes:
After finishing the course, the applicant will be able to,
Increase student participation in training sessions by using effective questioning techniques.
Identify personal training areas and strengths to focus on. Describe learning promotions.
Understand the distinction between training and information presentation.
Use effective and successful methods to gain access to appropriate learning.
Determine what constitutes effective feedback.
How Does The Course Qualification Get Evaluated?
Following the completion of the course, you will be given a three-part project. This entails providing a training session followed by three brief reflecting remarks. This allows you to demonstrate how you satisfy the performance standards, allowing you to realistically use your knowledge and abilities to accomplish the course's learning goals.

The course may be completed in six guided learning hours.
Attempts at evaluation:
If the candidate does not pass the first time, he or she will be given another chance. If the student fails one more time, he or she will be sent to the beginning of the modules.
If the student fails on the third try, the course is closed and they must enrol for the course resit, which has a distinct resit price.
A maximum of two resits within two years after the original registration date would be permitted.
If the student is unsuccessful on the resit, he or she must apply as a new registrant and continue the course from the beginning.
