Basic First Aid 


MEDIC First Aid Basic Plus is a combined adult first aid, AED, and CPR certification course designed specifically for the occupational first aid provider. This extremely flexible program will help employers meet OSHA and other federal and state regulatory requirements for training employees how to respond and care for medical emergencies at work. Basic Plus conforms to the 2015 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC, and the 2015 AHA and ARC Guidelines Update for First Aid.


This training is highly interactive, with both instructor and student demonstrations. Students receive comprehensive step-by-step training on specific first aid applications. This extremely adaptable programme satisfies OSHA and other federal and state regulatory requirements for training employees on how to respond to and care for medical emergencies at work.

The training will last one day. Students are evaluated based on their ability to perform skills in a reasonable manner as observed by the instructor. Performance and written evaluations are available and can be used if desired. The certificate is valid for two years.
